Eva Johnson

Since childhood, I remember how my mother cooked in the kitchen: her aromatic dishes filled the house with warmth and love. She put a little bit of herself into every bite, and it inspired me to pursue my culinary path. I moved across countries and continents, exploring cuisines ranging from Italian pasta to Indian curries. For me, food is not only about tastes, but also about family traditions that unite people. I want to show that everyone can cook and make cooking accessible, inspiring the creation of simple and cozy dishes in every home.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vancouver Island University.
