Canned marinated tomatoes with garlic

Insanely tasty, simple and very fast! Homemade tomatoes! Ready-made (already aged) tomatoes taste like very ripe, sweet, fresh tomatoes! You may not notice and gobble up a 1.5 - 2 liter jar alone.

In our country, almost the same recipe has been passed from hand to hand for the third generation. Only calculations are made for 1 liter of marinade. 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 sugar and 1 spoon of vinegar. Add 5-6 cloves of garlic. They add flavor and become very tasty. We also add a couple of clove eyes. We also do not add horseradish leaves. They are simply not needed there, because they are added to zucchini and cucumbers to make them crispy.

Very good recipe! I made tomatoes using it last year, the tomatoes went to hell very quickly, I didn’t make enough, this year I decided to correct this mistake. I changed the recipe a little, adding a little red currant berries and a few slices of carrots to the jars, the carrots turned out tasty and crispy !Thanks to the author for the recipe!!!
