STEP 1

To make them as nice and even as possible, I decided to use a lid for a jar with a large mouth. I greased it with vegetable oil and tamped the minced meat there.

Chop the onion VERY finely and marinate in a mixture of vinegar and boiling water for 15 minutes. Then strain the onion from the liquid. Mix mustard with ketchup in a separate bowl. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Now let's assemble our cheeseburgers. Apply a mixture of mustard and ketchup to the “lid” of the bun. Sprinkle pickled onions on top.
STEP 4

Cover with a piece of cheese. Place a hot cutlet on top. Place a lettuce leaf on the cutlet, back side up. And cover the “bottom” of the buns.
