Delicious, of course, unreal. Cheese soup with chicken and mushrooms is easy to prepare but delicious. The advice about salt was not useful; on the contrary, I had to add a lot of salt. I think it depends on what kind of cheese. I took different processed cheese several times and grated Russian cheese once. I like cheese with processed cheese better.

I’ve made cheese soup with chicken and mushrooms before, but this is the first time I’ve tried cheese soup with chicken and mushrooms. I didn’t take chicken fillet, but drumsticks, which I boiled until tender and cut into pieces. Finely chopped the onion and fried it together with carrots, grated on a fine grater. My mushrooms were small, I cut them into quarters. I added the mushrooms to the onions and carrots and fried them together a little. I added vegetables and mushrooms to the meat, stirred and continued cooking. I cut the potatoes into small cubes, added them to the soup and cooked again until the potatoes were ready. Then I added the cheese, stirred and let it melt until the melted cheese dissolved. I also added chopped dill and added salt at the end.
