Cheese flatbreads in 15 minutes

STEP 1

Add salt, sugar, soda to kefir, mix well. Read about the properties of soda and flour in separate articles at the end of this recipe.
STEP 2

Add hard cheese and flour. Mix well. You may need a little less or more flour, focus on the consistency. The dough should be soft, pleasant, and not sticky to your hands, but you shouldn’t overly flour it so that it doesn’t turn out tough when finished.
STEP 3

Divide the resulting dough into koloboks, roll out a small flatbread (you can fry it like this), add the filling (I used ham). You can put another type of cheese, to your taste! Connect the edges and roll out a little.
STEP 4
