Cheese Easter custard

This recipe is over a hundred years old! I got it from my great-grandmother. Tender, crumbly Easter cottage cheese is always a decoration for the festive Easter table. At work, my colleagues always ask for a piece, so I usually make a double portion.

    Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

    Grind eggs with sugar. Pour into cottage cheese.

    Add sour cream. Stir and place on low heat, preferably on a divider. Heat, stir occasionally.

    Add washed and dried raisins.

    Bring until the mixture is well heated and begins to bubble. Remove from stove, cool.

    Prepare the mold: cover it with 2 layers of gauze, insert the mold into a container so that the whey drains and lay out the curd mass. Cover with gauze, press down and leave overnight to form.

    Decorate the cheese Easter and keep it refrigerated until Easter Sunday!

Oh, how interesting it would be to look at her! I saw silicone, wooden, even some kind of metal at the market, but not plywood. I tried to see it in the photo stage, but it’s under gauze, can you show me this curiosity?
