STEP 1
How to make cheese buns in the oven? Prepare your food. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 2
Mix yeast, salt, sugar, warm milk and water. The liquid in which the yeast is diluted should be pleasant to the touch, not higher than 40 degrees. Why is it important? In a warm environment, yeast activates well, in a hot environment it will die, and in a cold environment it simply does not work.
STEP 3
Add half the flour, stir. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking.
STEP 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 5
Place 150 g in the dough, leave the rest for sprinkling on the top of the buns.
STEP 6
Add the rest of the flour and vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Be prepared that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough.
STEP 7
Well kneaded dough is smooth, even and elastic.
STEP 8
Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with a towel and place in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
STEP 9
After an hour, the dough should have risen well, punch it down and divide it into small equal pieces. Form them into round buns.
STEP 10
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper greased with vegetable oil.
STEP 11
Brush the tops of the buns with water.
STEP 12
Sprinkle them with the remaining cheese.
STEP 13
Place the pan in a warm place for 15 minutes to rise, then into the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. The buns should be well browned.

The fragrant cheese buns are ready.
