Today I got lost in making cheese buns in the oven. Instead of milk, I took whey and mixed it with water at a ratio of 3 to 1. In this warm mixture, I awakened the dry yeast. I kneaded the dough and let it rise. This took about an hour. I formed the buns. To make it more convenient to work with yeast dough, I like to grease my hands with sunflower oil beforehand.
