There are a lot of apples this year, I wanted to bake apple charlotte. I liked this recipe, the ingredients are simple, the cooking process is easy. I made classic charlotte dough using this recipe. Indeed, even a child can cope. I prepared it for 4 eggs using the site’s calculator. I ground the eggs with granulated sugar with a hand whisk until the egg mass turned white, as the author writes. I sifted the flour in advance as recommended by the author. It took one and a half cups of flour into the dough. Add the flour into the egg mixture in parts, stirring well so that there are no lumps. I also added baking powder and vanilla sugar instead of vanillin due to its absence. The result was a homogeneous, smooth and tender dough. While cutting the apples, the dough stood for 10 minutes at room temperature. The consistency became, as the author writes, like thick sour cream.
