I've been looking at this recipe for a long time, very beautiful mushrooms. I thought it would be difficult to cook, but it turned out that everything was as simple as shelling pears. The champignons turned out super tender and crumbly. I didn't have any powdered sugar, so I used regular sugar. It took me 3 extra spoons of flour. The dough is very pleasant to the touch, similar to children's modeling dough) The cookies inside are soft and porous. The crust is brittle and crispy. Wonderful cookies, suitable for tea for me and cocoa for the child.

I made three servings of these cookies. I have quite a lot of goodies for tea, but I couldn’t pass up the recipe for such cute champignon cookies. The dough is kneaded quickly and simply from available products. It also turned out to be very easy to give the shape of mushrooms to the cookies - using the neck of a bottle. The cookies turned out tasty, crumbly and, of course, very beautiful. These cookies are a great decoration for a tea party. Thank you very much for the recipe!
