STEP 1
How to bake champignon cookies? Prepare the indicated products for making cookies. The butter must be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft.
STEP 2
Pour powdered sugar and salt into a bowl with softened butter, stir with a fork until smooth.
STEP 3
Break raw chicken eggs and add to the butter mixture in a bowl, stir with a fork until the ingredients are combined.
STEP 4
Sift flour with starch and baking powder into a bowl to enrich with oxygen and separate random particles, add vanillin.
STEP 5
Knead soft dough. It should be quite elastic and not stick to your hands. If necessary, adjust the amount of flour up or down. Gather the dough into a ball.
STEP 6
Divide the dough into balls weighing approximately 45 g each. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment. There is no need to grease the parchment with oil.
STEP 7
Dip the neck of a plastic bottle in cocoa powder, press it into the center of the ball and twist slightly. Repeat the sequence of actions with each ball.
STEP 8
This way you will get champignon legs.
STEP 9
Place the baking sheet with the future cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Baking times and temperatures are approximate and depend on the capabilities of your oven. The finished cookies can be served. Bon appetit!
