STEP 1
How to make cauliflower with potatoes baked in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Peel and rinse the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, add water, salt to taste and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Cut the cauliflower into florets and soak in a suitable sized saucepan for 10 minutes in cold salted water. This will help get rid of any possible insects that may settle inside the inflorescences. Boil water in a kettle for the next step.
STEP 4
Drain the water, rinse the cabbage, pour boiling water over it and cook for about 7 minutes.
STEP 5
Place the cooked cauliflower in a colander. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
STEP 6

Place the cabbage on the potatoes, add a little salt and pepper again.
STEP 8
Cut the butter into small pieces and place on top of the cabbage.
STEP 9
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
STEP 10
Prepare the necessary ingredients for filling. Whisk the eggs with the milk until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 11
Pour the milk mixture into the pan with the vegetables.
STEP 12
