I prepared a salad with carrots, cheese, eggs and garlic and was surprised that simple ingredients turned out to be such a tasty salad! I grated the carrots and cheese on a coarse grater and put them in a salad bowl. I boiled the eggs, cooled them and also grated them on a coarse grater. I chopped the parsley finely and chopped the garlic. I mixed all the ingredients, added a little salt, added mayonnaise and stirred. This is how I prepared a delicious salad so quickly and easily!
