I liked the recipe and will try to make it. Just tell me, please, is there anything I can replace coconut flakes with? For rolling - grated waffles, and inside? Not everyone in my family likes coconut flakes.

I made these with walnuts and rolled them in cinnamon sugar. It turned out quite unusual! Carrots can only be identified by their fibers (according to tasters)
