Turn the multicooker on to Heat, place a baking mat (or a piece of paper) and half the butter on the bottom. When the butter melts, grease the walls of the saucepan. Cut the potatoes into thin cubes. Finely chop the onion. Place in a bowl, mix with onion, herbs, salt and spices.

Place all this in the multicooker bowl.

  4. STEP 4

Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and place the other half of the butter on top.

Close the lid, switch the multicooker to the Baking mode, 45 minutes. After the signal, keep it on heat for 15 minutes with the valve open. If you don’t have the Baking mode, cook on Baking. The liquid must evaporate completely, otherwise the cardboard pan will fall apart.

Another recipe for potatoes, beloved by many) This ancient Siberian dish was apparently previously prepared in the oven or in the oven. A similar dish can even be prepared in a frying pan, only then you need to first fry the potatoes a little, add onions, herbs and all the spices, then pour in the egg mixture and cover with a lid. It’s also tasty, but it doesn’t have that golden brown crust that it does when baked. Well, the beauty of a slow cooker is simple, quick and delicious!
