Irish, just an awesome cupcake! The aroma from it was all over the apartment, it’s just some kind of miracle! It was the first time I added chocolate to the dough. Until now I’ve only made glaze out of it. But the difference with cocoa is so significant! The structure of this Cappuccino is so delicate, it just melts in your mouth! I cut it into “slices” like this, I like it better when the muffins are cut thinly, for me they taste better that way. I took it off in a hurry, it's a mess. And one more thing: my mold is wider than needed for this recipe. There was even less, but I decided to let it be like this, it would bake better. As a result, the white part seemed to cover the dark part on top, and therefore it was thinner (creeped along the edges). The white part is more liquid, the dark part is thicker (in the dough). I liked the dark one in baking - it’s just incredibly aromatic!!! Irish, thanks for the recipe!!!
