Canned zucchini with chili ketchup

Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
Products that we will need to prepare canned zucchini with Chili ketchup for the winter.
STEP 2
Place 2 pieces of black peppercorns and 2 pieces of cloves at the bottom of clean half-liter jars.
STEP 3
Cut the zucchini into rings (choose smaller zucchini), place tightly in jars.
STEP 4
Prepare the marinade: add sugar, salt, chili ketchup to the water, when the water boils, pour in the vinegar and pour the resulting marinade into the jars of zucchini, cover with clean sterilized lids and sterilize for 15 minutes, roll up.
STEP 5
Turn upside down and wrap until completely cool. Store in a cellar or pantry. Yield: 4 half liter jars.

For several years now I have been using cucumbers in “Chili” ketchup and zucchini according to a similar recipe. Only in this recipe the same amount of sugar and salt is used for filling. Once I tried adding “Shish kebab” ketchup instead of “Chili”, but still it tastes better with “Chili”, everyone really likes the spicy, sweet and sour taste of these zucchini. I'm glad it's quick and easy to prepare))
