Childhood memories of the morning aroma of freshly baked bread and mother's laughter in the kitchen remained forever in my heart. Recipes were passed down from generation to generation and I learned to create something special for my family. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by a variety of cuisines - from Italian pizza to Thai curry. Every dish for me is a story that I want to tell. I strive to show that anyone can cook, and that the joy of simple recipes brings people together around the family table, creating warm memories for years to come.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts at Stratford University.
