I love pancakes! I decided to try making sweet pancakes with cottage cheese according to your recipe. I’ve never added baking powder to pancake batter before, but in vain. This was a revelation for me. With baking powder, the pancakes turn out perfect. Now I will cook pancakes only with baking powder) I cooked without strawberry sauce for my own reasons. I added 1 pinch of salt to the dough; I thought a teaspoon was too much. I added 2 cups of milk and it turned out to be an excellent dough, like liquid sour cream. I fried pancakes in a frying pan, greased with a piece of lard. They didn't stick and turned over perfectly. They turned out wonderful thin pancakes. The curd filling came out to a good consistency, not thick and not runny. She coated the pancakes with a thin layer of filling and rolled them into a tube. For convenience, I cut each tube in half. It turned out very tasty, the pancakes were soft and tender according to your recipe. Thank you! A great dessert for the whole family! You can serve it for breakfast, for an afternoon snack, and even for a holiday table! Wow, baking powder makes a big difference, it turns out. I used to do it without it, but it worked out for me, I don’t understand why. According to your recipe, I actually got pancakes) I also didn’t use frozen strawberries, but fresh ones (because I don’t really like the first ones).
