    How to make cabbage with cream? Prepare your food. Use cream of any fat content to suit your taste. The more flavorful the butter, the better. You can replace it with melted butter - we will still fry with it. Choose spices to suit your taste; any that are used for vegetable main courses will do. Peel the cabbage from the top leaves, wash and dry. Cut off the dried part of the stalk.

    Roughly cut the white cabbage into small pieces. You can use cubes, you can use straws - whatever you want.

    Melt butter in a hot frying pan. If you don’t want to use butter, use any refined vegetable oil: sunflower, corn, olive.

    Place the chopped cabbage in the pan. Your frying pan should be of such a size that all the cabbage fits in and does not fall out over the sides.

    Fry the cabbage for 5-7 minutes, stirring with a spatula. Determine the exact time based on your stove and the utensils you use.

    Pour cream into cabbage. The younger your cabbage, the higher the heat you need to make at this stage. Simmer adult, tougher cabbage over medium heat.

I prepared cabbage with cream as a filling for pies. The composition is very simple and the process is not complicated. My cabbage was juicy and soft, I cut it into noodles. I took 10% cream and added another portion while stewing. I didn't use any spices, just salted it. From the very beginning of frying the cabbage in butter, such an appetizing creamy aroma appeared! And after adding cream to the pan, it became clear that the cabbage would turn out unusual. Indeed, I would never have thought that cabbage could taste so tender and creamy! I liked this dish and will cook it more often as a side dish for chicken and cutlets. This cabbage is also great as a filling for pies!
