    How to make cabbage salad for the winter with bell peppers? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. White cabbage is suitable. If you use different colored peppers like I did, you'll get a brighter salad. It is better to take coarse or medium table salt. It makes cabbage tastier and lasts longer.

    First, prepare the cabbage. Remove dead leaves, rinse well and dry on cotton or paper towels. Finely chop with a knife or food processor, removing the stalk and hard leaf stems. When cut this way, cabbage looks appetizing and cooks faster. Place in a deep bowl so that it is convenient to mix the cabbage with the rest of the ingredients.

    Peel the carrots, rinse and grate on a coarse grater. In this form, it will marinate faster and impart sweetish notes to the taste of cabbage. Transfer to container with cabbage.

    Peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes. Add to bowl with chopped vegetables.

Simply a bomb snack! Of course! There is such a killer vegetable “quartet” here - cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, onions. Either carcass them or store them raw for the winter - everything will be delicious! Last year I made a similar cabbage salad for the winter with bell peppers, it went off with a bang. I also made it this season. As for me, the most important thing in this recipe is to choose the right proportions of spices, oil and vinegar. Grinding ingredients can be distributed among households. As the most “experienced” person, I take on shredding cabbage. It’s convenient to use a special knife, and sometimes I also use a vegetable peeler (I showed them in the photo). I was jealous of the owner of the recipe - she had peppers of different colors, I only had red at the time of cooking. I know for sure that this salad will come in handy during the New Year holidays. Can you guess why? Yeah, just what you need with a glass of spirits!

Crispy, juicy, bright, healthy salad with the taste of summer and lots of vitamins! This salad makes an excellent meatless dish, appetizer, or addition to almost any main dish. I crunch this salad even just with bread, shoti, pita bread and other baked goods. I don’t need either meat or potatoes anymore, it’s so delicious! I made a smaller portion and I know for sure that it won’t last until winter, everything will be eaten much earlier
