Cabbage pancakes with cabbage

STEP 1

How to fry cabbage pancakes with cabbage? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take large eggs.
STEP 2

Wash and dry the cabbage. Clean the forks from the top dry and dirty leaves and cut a piece of the desired size from it. If you get a stalk, remove it too. You should get 500 g of net weight. Coarsely chop the cabbage with a knife.
STEP 3

Transfer the cabbage to a blender.
STEP 4

Chop the cabbage as finely as possible.
STEP 5

Add eggs, salt and pepper to the chopped cabbage to taste. Add your other favorite spices if desired.
STEP 6

Whisk everything again. You should get a homogeneous mixture with small inclusions of cabbage.
STEP 7

Pour the resulting mass into a deep bowl. Pour in water and mix well until smooth.
STEP 8

STEP 9

Heat a frying pan and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the cabbage dough into the frying pan using a ladle and spread it over the bottom of the frying pan. STEP 10

Fry the pancake on one side under the lid for about 2 minutes over low heat until it browns. Then turn the pancake over to the other side and fry again under the lid for about 1 minute. The time may be slightly different as it will depend on the pan and the thickness of the pancake.
STEP 11

Transfer the pancake to a plate. Fry all the other pancakes in the same way, each time greasing the pan with vegetable oil.
STEP 12

Serve white cabbage pancakes with eggs in a frying pan warm, top with sour cream and, if desired, garnish with herbs. Bon appetit!
