Pancakes are something our kids will never give up. And this morning I prepared unusual cabbage pancakes with cabbage for breakfast. I ground the cabbage in a blender with egg, salt and black pepper. Add water to the resulting mass and mix well. Lastly, I added flour. It mixed well without leaving any lumps. I took more flour than recommended. I fried golden brown pancakes. Everyone liked them.
