    Remove the cabbage from the stalk and cook in salted water. When ready, remove the leaves and place in a colander. Pour flour into a deep bowl, add salt and, gradually stirring, pour in beer and beat in eggs. To stir thoroughly.

    Dip cabbage leaves into the prepared thin dough and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

    For the filling, finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onions and carrots. Add mushrooms, stir and fry everything together for 7 minutes. At the end, add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste and stir.

    Place slightly cooled cabbage leaves in batter into a mold.

    Cover the top with a layer of filling. Repeat layers until the filling is finished. The top layer should be cabbage.

    Cover the casserole with cling film and place under pressure. Place in the refrigerator for two hours.
