Butter muffins with bananas

A very tasty delicacy that can be prepared in a hurry. Banana dough rises well and an incredible smell spreads throughout the kitchen even while they are baking! It is important to use ripe bananas that bruise easily. The muffins are aromatic, tender, and very tasty.

How, please tell me, to mix in 300 gr. flour into the dough without liquid ingredients, except 2 proteins? I added flour in parts. It took exactly half the amount indicated in the recipe. I added all other ingredients according to the recipe. It turned out delicious. But you can put less oil. The napkins on which I placed the muffins were saturated with oil, although the products themselves did not seem very greasy.

I had some bananas lying around, so I used your recipe. We liked it, only I put more sugar, 100 g, I love sweets, but less flour, 250 g, perhaps my flour is more raw. I also rubbed the chocolate onto the hot muffins so that it would stick. The muffins came out delicious, airy, with a distinct banana taste. You can only add nuts to the dough; dried fruits will be too much for my taste. Now I know where to use bananas if they get stale. Thank you

Delicious, aromatic. soft inside. but mine was burnt on top. Bake for 40 minutes is too much. but it probably depends on the oven
