After complete cooling, the dough became obedient and pliable; to work with it, it was enough to just lightly dust the work surface with flour. I shaped them by hand, without using a rolling pin. The flatbreads turned out soft and even tasted somewhat rich and creamy. They are more suitable not for replacing bread, but as a pastry for tea. I coated them with sweet jam, and the children ate them without jam instead of cookies. Everyone was happy!
