I really liked your recipe for buns without yeast with kefir, and I always have all the ingredients at home. I prepared sweet buns and sprinkled cinnamon on top for flavor. I used 4 cups of flour to make a dough that didn’t stick to my hands. I sifted the flour through a sieve, according to your recommendations. I think this played a role in the fact that they turned out very airy. By the way, I used to neglect this, but now I see the difference. I made the buns large, but they also rose and baked very well. Soft and airy buns with a crispy crust go great with milk drinks. In my case it is kefir. A delicious snack made from simple ingredients is ready. Next time I'll try the unsweetened version.

I made the buns according to your recipe. The dough is very simple and quick to make. The buns turned out good, but the crust, in my opinion, was very hard. Probably, I overexposed it a little))) here is my photo report)))

I prepared the buns in the unsweetened version, added 1 tsp of sugar. The crust was not hard, crispy, but not hard. I baked it for 25 minutes, well, my oven always bakes faster than I see in recipes) In general, I liked the recipe, I will make it for serving instead of bread)
