I've never cooked or tried buffalo wings before. I found a recipe on my favorite website and decided to make it. First, I cut the wings, as the author writes. I left the phalanges for preparing the broth. Then I marinated the wings as described in the recipe. Cooked on the grill. Separately mixed everything for the sauce. Heated the sauce in a frying pan and added the baked wings. Stir and voila. The wings turned out very aromatic and appetizing. Served with mashed potatoes. Buffalo wings in the oven are a great recipe! They came out slightly sweet, slightly spicy, tender and soft, very rich in taste. This sauce is simply amazing. Well, very tasty! It's hard to tear yourself away from these gorgeous wings. I already want to cook more. And the cooking process is not complicated at all. I liked this recipe. I recommend everyone to try it.
