  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to cook buckwheat in a pressure cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Buckwheat can be prepared in any quantity. The main thing is to stick to the proportions - one part buckwheat to two parts water. Only with this proportion the porridge always turns out crumbly and does not boil over. By the way, it can be cooked in a saucepan with the same proportions.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Fill the buckwheat with water and rinse it well. You can change the water several times, depending on how quickly the water from it remains clean. Then all the water from the buckwheat must be drained.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place the washed buckwheat into the bowl of a multi-pressure cooker.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour the buckwheat with the required amount of water, add a little salt and place the bowl in the multicooker. Close the lid. Turn on the "Cereal" mode for 10 minutes. In a pressure cooker, everything is cooked much faster than in a conventional multicooker due to the fact that a lot of pressure is created in it. However, be guided by your model.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

After the specified time, you will hear a sound signal indicating that the porridge is ready. All the liquid has been successfully absorbed into the buckwheat.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Stir the buckwheat and you will see how crumbly it is. Arrange it on plates and serve.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

This buckwheat can be used as a side dish for meat dishes. You can top it with meat gravy. Or you can pour milk and add a little sugar. In any form, it turns out very tasty! Bon appetit!

I needed a side dish for my fish cakes. I usually use buckwheat for this. I decided to make a familiar side dish in a new way for me. Thanks to the buckwheat recipe in the pressure cooker, I got crumbly buckwheat in a matter of minutes. The proportions of cereal and water are ideal; it always works well with them. It took me 5 minutes longer than the author. I cooked on the “rice” mode; I don’t have a separate mode for cereals. After 10 minutes, the water had not yet been completely absorbed, I added another 5. And now the crumbly buckwheat is ready, you don’t even need to insist. Served as a side dish for cutlets, complemented with vegetable salad. Tasty, satisfying and easy to prepare.
