STEP 1
How to make breaded chicken breasts in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take boneless chicken breasts, just fillets. Rinse it in running water and dry it with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
STEP 2
Prepare three bowls. First, break the eggs, add salt and spices. Whisk until the egg mixture becomes homogeneous. Place flour in a second bowl. Add to it a little salt and spices. Mix. And pour breadcrumbs into the third bowl.
STEP 3
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and pound a little with a meat mallet. When beating, cover the meat with cling film. Thanks to this, the edges of the pieces will not tear and the meat will not splatter.
STEP 4
Dredge each piece of meat in flour. Then dip into the egg mixture and coat in breadcrumbs.
STEP 5
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place breaded chicken meat in a frying pan and fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. There is no need to make a big fire.
