Chicken fillet always turns out delicious and the recipe for breaded chicken breasts in a frying pan is no exception! I took chilled chicken fillet, which I cut into portions. Lightly beat it with a hammer. I broke the eggs into one bowl, poured breadcrumbs into another, and flour into a third. I divided the salt and spices and added them equally to the eggs and flour. Mixed well. Pieces of fillet were first rolled into flour, then into eggs and then into breadcrumbs. Fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil on both sides. Fast, simple and very tasty! Crispy crust on top and tender meat inside! I recommend it for preparation and thank Yulia M. for the wonderful idea.
