Exploring the cuisines of the world has taught me how diversity of inspiration can connect people. Cooking for me is not just a process, but an act of love, an opportunity to get together with my family and create something special. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone, and every simple recipe can be the beginning of an exciting gastronomic journey.
