Forshmak with cheese and potatoes
A hearty and tasty snack for any occasion. Forshmak in Jewish style - with herring, in Prussian style - with beef. And I found a recipe for mincemeat with cheese. We tried it and liked it. I hope you like it too. Forshmak is a snack, but this recipe is similar to potato casserole, only with a richer taste. It will completely replace the second course. The best mincemeat with hot cheese.

STEP 1

Ingredients.
STEP 2

Boil potatoes in salted water, mash, adding 2 tablespoons. spoons of vegetable oil. You can grind it in a blender.
STEP 3

While the potatoes are cooling, fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft.
STEP 4

Take 2 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites.
STEP 5

Beat the yolks with sour cream.
STEP 6

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 7

Mix potatoes, fried onions, yolks with sour cream, half of the grated cheese. Mix everything well.
STEP 8

Lastly, beat 2 egg whites and add them to the potato mixture. Mix quickly.
STEP 9

Place in a greased pan and level with a spoon.
STEP 10

Beat the third egg and pour the mincemeat on top.
STEP 11

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. oven. Bake until golden brown.
STEP 12

Forshmak is ready. Serve hot. Bon appetit.
