STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients. Peel the potatoes. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees, let it warm up.
STEP 2

Cut the potatoes into quarters, salt and pepper to taste. Add a little mayonnaise and mix.
STEP 3

Cut saltison into strips.
STEP 4

Grease the form in which we will bake with a little vegetable oil. Lay out our potatoes, place saltison strips on top. Place in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your ovens. You can stir once during baking, just be very careful. Saltison will melt into pieces, and the potatoes will turn out very tasty and aromatic.
STEP 5

After 30-40 minutes you can check readiness. If ready, put it in plates, sprinkle with fresh herbs and invite everyone to the table. Delicious with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
