    To prepare delicious bran bread in a bread machine, take 350 g of wheat flour and 100 g of wheat bran. This amount of dry product requires 1.5 tsp. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. l. unrefined sunflower oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 300 ml water.

    Then pour flour into a bucket for yeast.

    Sprinkle wheat bran onto the flour.

    Sprinkle salt and sugar on the bran.

I changed the recipe a little. When using wheat flour, I added rye bran. The result turned out delicious, beautiful and quickly eaten)))) I didn’t have time to take a photo.
