Bread with bran in a bread machine

STEP 1

To prepare delicious bran bread in a bread machine, take 350 g of wheat flour and 100 g of wheat bran. This amount of dry product requires 1.5 tsp. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. l. unrefined sunflower oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 300 ml water.
STEP 2

Place a spatula in a bread maker bucket and pour dry yeast into the bottom.
STEP 3

Then pour flour into a bucket for yeast.
STEP 4

Sprinkle wheat bran onto the flour.
STEP 5

Sprinkle salt and sugar on the bran.
STEP 6

Pour sunflower oil onto the dry ingredients.
STEP 7

Carefully pour water into the dry ingredients in the bucket.
STEP 8

Now place the filled bucket in the bread maker.
STEP 9

Close the bread maker and set the program for preparing rye bread, this will take 3 hours 30 minutes.
STEP 10

After the bread machine beeps that the bread is ready, turn it off and carefully transfer the hot bread with bran from the bucket onto a wire rack to cool completely.
STEP 11

When the bran bread from the bread machine has cooled, cut it into slices.
