I love home-baked goods and make bread whenever possible. I decided to make this recipe, I liked that it contained whole grain flour. The bread turns out not only tasty, but also healthy. I didn’t sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, I was afraid that there would be a very hard crust on top. I added a teaspoon of sugar myself, so the dough rises better. The baked product turned out airy and porous.

I don’t know if the bread will turn out as beautiful as the author’s if you sprinkle it with store-bought breadcrumbs rather than homemade ones. I decided to do without them this time, but otherwise followed the recipe. Thanks to long proofing, the crumb is soft and porous, which is clearly visible in the cut. You can also see flax seeds there, which I added to make the bread more healthy. Thank you, Sibiryachka, for the recipe.

I love it when the house smells of bread. The smell of fresh bread is amazing! Incomparable to any other scent! Thanks to the author for the recipe, very detailed. Bread made from whole grain flour is not as fluffy as bread made from premium flour. But it’s much healthier. I didn’t sprinkle the bread with breadcrumbs, because... were not at hand. Next time I'll definitely try it. I love experiments!!!! The sheet was greased with vegetable oil. Everything worked out. Beautiful and tasty! Bread is never bad!
