We begin preparing a delicious wedding loaf and pour one hundred and fifty milliliters of warm milk into a small bowl with thirty-five grams of fresh pressed yeast.

Place two tablespoons of flour in a common bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, then put it in a warm place for fifteen to twenty minutes to activate the yeast.

Break three chicken eggs into a large bowl, add the white from the fourth egg, then pour one hundred and thirty grams of sugar, one third of a teaspoon of salt and one full teaspoon of vanilla sugar into it.

Place eighty grams of softened butter in a bowl and mix all ingredients until smooth.
STEP 7

After time has passed, pour the risen dough into a bowl.

Pour six hundred and fifty grams of sifted wheat flour into a bowl in parts.

After some time, grease the loaf with beaten chicken yolk and place the pan in an oven preheated to one hundred and sixty-five degrees for thirty-five to forty minutes. As soon as the loaf turns golden brown in the oven, turn off the oven and cover it on top with food foil.

Leave the loaf in the oven for fifteen to twenty minutes, then remove the pan from the oven and place the loaf on a plate, then cover it with a towel until it cools completely.
