Bread Health with whole grain flour

Very tasty and healthy bread made from whole grain flour and whey. I love eating this bread with tomatoes and basil, dipping it in olive oil. The aroma of home-baked bread will not leave anyone indifferent. The whey gives the bread a slight sourness and the taste of country bread. Flax semana and seeds make it healthier. The hardest thing is to resist eating it hot, that is, unripe... It is wonderful with butter, jam, and sausage. Everyone will find an option to their liking.

I don’t like the slight sourness that whey gives to bread, so I kneaded the dough with water. Flax and sunflower seeds were in stock, but there were no pumpkin seeds. They were replaced with chia seeds and sesame seeds. It’s not for nothing that the author called the bread “Health”; such a mix of seeds and the addition of whole grain flour will, of course, be useful for both children and adults. And what a beautiful loaf it turned out to be - golden crust and delicious crumb! Skazka, I give your recipe a well-deserved highest score!
