Great recipe! While cleaning out the freezer, I discovered pork ribs. I looked for recipes with pork ribs on my favorite website and found “braised pork ribs in a slow cooker with potatoes.” We have all the ingredients, a slow cooker too, why not prepare a hearty and tasty dish for dinner. My ribs are homemade and fatty, so I didn’t add any oil. When frying, a sufficient amount of fat was released. I fried onions and carrots with ribs, as the author describes. Then I put in the potatoes, filled them with water, and added only salt and black pepper from the spices. I cooked it in the Redmond slow cooker in the “stew” mode for 40 minutes. A simple and quick dish for everyday dinner was absolutely not difficult to prepare. The result was a fragrant, tasty and satisfying dish. The potatoes just melted in your mouth, the ribs came out tender and soft. My husband asked for more) Decent recipe! Thank you!
