Braised pork ribs in a slow cooker with potatoes
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
For the stated amount of vegetables and meat, we will need about a liter of hot, boiled water. You can choose spices to your taste.
STEP 2
We cut the ribs.
STEP 3
Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and fry the ribs in it for 20-25 minutes in the “Baking” mode.
STEP 4
While the meat is frying, finely chop the onion...
STEP 5
...and do the same with carrots.
STEP 6
When the time for frying the ribs is over, add the onion to them and cook everything in the same mode for another 5 minutes.
STEP 7
Then add carrots, salt and season with your favorite spices and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
STEP 8
Cut the potatoes into medium-sized pieces.
STEP 9
Place the potatoes in the multicooker, fill everything with water, and close the multicooker lid. We prepare our dish for 50 minutes on the same mode. The finished dish can be decorated with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
