You can check the readiness of the potatoes using a toothpick.

    Drain the water from the pan and cool the potatoes slightly. Using a spoon, crush each potato as shown in the photo.

Boiled potatoes baked in the oven are a very satisfying dish. I made garlic cheese sauce and put it on top of the potatoes. Mine baked for 30 minutes. The crust was temptingly browned and the potatoes were crumbly. And the aroma of garlic disappeared from the kitchen for a long time. I served potatoes with herring and canned tomatoes. Today I cooked potatoes in the oven for a side dish. My potatoes had thick skins, so to achieve a good result, I cut off the skins. Then I boiled the potatoes in salted water. After cooling, I crushed each potato with a spoon and put it into a mold greased with vegetable oil. According to the recipe, you could stuff the potatoes with different products, at your discretion, I chose mayonnaise and grated cheese. Next, I prepared boiled potatoes baked in the oven, setting the temperature to 220° (this temperature is the most optimal for cooking in my “oven”). Since I put the mold in a cold oven, I increased the time to 30 minutes. It turned out both tasty and beautiful! The potatoes were baked well, and with mayonnaise it turned out quite juicy. Mayonnaise also added a salty, pleasant taste. And the cheese turned into a crust, well, very appetizing! Thank you very much for the recipe!

Finally, I waited for new potatoes to appear on the market. I have long wanted to cook this dish, but I knew it under the name “Mashed Potatoes”. What attracted me to this recipe was the simplicity and speed of preparation. After boiling, each potato was pierced with a fork and pressed down with the bottom of a glass, so the “cake” turned out more neatly. For the filling I chose butter, and on top there was sour cream with young aromatic garlic. I baked it a little longer, added another 15 minutes in grill mode, because... I wanted a more ruddy and golden crust. For greens I used parsley, dill, mint and cilantro; these aromatic herbs go well with new potatoes. Thanks to the author for the recipe. I recommend this delicious potato both cold and hot. This is delicious!

A home-style delicious dish. I baked it as a side dish for chicken, but such potatoes are quite self-sufficient and do not need any additions. The only thing that let me down was the type of potato that didn’t cook well. As a result, it was difficult to crush with a spoon (it took longer to cook). But we still managed to put the filling in the middle! I put garlic sauce in one potato, cheese in another, and a spoonful of butter in the third. And although it was not possible to repeat the recipe 100%, this did not affect the taste. Everything was sooo delicious! Thanks to the author!
