Blackberry liqueur with vodka

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients. You can use any berries, but for this recipe it is better to pour in berries that quickly release juice (raspberries, strawberries, etc.). If you are preparing a liqueur from denser berries (for example, plums), then the preparation time should be increased from 2 weeks to 1 month.
STEP 2

Wash the blackberries, sort them and remove the stems. Boil water and cool until warm. Pour sugar into a 2-liter bottle, fill it with warm water and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
STEP 3

Pour in 2 cups of blackberries and pour in vodka, mix well, close tightly with a nylon lid and place in a pantry or other dark, but not cold place for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the liquid will noticeably darken.
STEP 4

Take another bowl and strain the liquor into it through gauze or a wide bandage. Pour into a decanter or other container in which we will serve the liqueur and enjoy the rich berry taste.
STEP 5

Berry liqueur 2x2 is ready! Bon appetit and have fun!
