Bigus classic with smoked meats

STEP 1
We select the necessary products to prepare our delicious dish and rinse the sauerkraut with water through a colander.
STEP 2
Heat a frying pan on the stove with vegetable oil added to it, randomly chop two types of onions and place them in the frying pan.
STEP 3
Stirring, fry the onion until transparent.
STEP 4
Place the fried onions in a separate bowl.
STEP 5
Cut the bacon and ham into pieces and place in a frying pan.
STEP 6
While stirring, lightly fry the ham and bacon, adding vegetable oil if necessary.
STEP 7
Place the bacon and ham in a separate container.
STEP 8
Add a little vegetable oil to the pan and add sauerkraut to fry, don’t forget to stir.
STEP 9
After 10 minutes, add 150 g. water and simmer the cabbage until it boils completely.
STEP 10
Add fried onions, tomato paste, bacon with ham, finely chopped garlic and pepper to taste to the cabbage, mix well and simmer until the dish is completely cooked for another 10 minutes.
STEP 11
Place the prepared dish on a plate, sprinkle cilantro on top and serve. Bon appetit everyone!
