Belyashi with dry yeast on water
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Here's everything we need. Well, and also frying oil, of course. Place a glass of water for the filling in the freezer and turn on the oven at 30 degrees.
STEP 2
Take a bowl, pour yeast and sugar into it
STEP 3
Pour in warm water and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes. The yeast must react with the sugar. If you are really in a hurry, then you don’t have to wait 10 minutes, but immediately move on to the next step, but I think that 10 minutes is not that long) you can wait.
STEP 4
The next step is to pour most of the flour and salt into the bowl.
STEP 5
Mix the dough. As you knead, add flour so that it is not too dense. When working with dough, I always lubricate my hands with vegetable oil. Try it, it's very convenient.
STEP 6
Turn off the oven. Place the dough in a bowl or saucepan, cover with film, wrap in a large towel and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
STEP 7
In the meantime, let's make minced meat. Add chopped onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Knead well for 10 minutes. You can beat the minced meat - pick it up and throw it into the plate.
STEP 8
Did you forget about the water in the freezer? Take it out, pour it into the minced meat, and mix everything thoroughly again. Now let's leave him to rest.
STEP 9
We take the dough out of the oven; it has already risen.
STEP 10
Sprinkle the table with flour. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts (35-40 g)
STEP 11
Roll each part into a flat cake.
STEP 12
Place minced meat in the center of the flatbread,
STEP 13
And we pinch it. You can pinch it completely, or you can leave a hole so that the minced meat is visible. Turn on the stove and put a frying pan with oil on it for 10 minutes to warm up, and in the meantime our whites will rise a little.
STEP 14
Carefully place the whites into the hot oil, pinching them down. In no case is it the other way around! Fry for 3-4 minutes
STEP 15
Turn over and fry again for 3-4 minutes. Do not rush to take out the whites, even if it seems to you that they are already browned, but there is still little time. It is important for us that the dough and filling are completely fried.
STEP 16
Place the finished whites on a paper towel and let cool slightly. Well, you and I have got wonderful whites with a slightly crispy crust and airy inside, with a tasty and juicy filling. Bon appetit.
