  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry belyashi in a frying pan with meat? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. How to make dough for whites? To do this, combine dry yeast and sugar in a small cup. Add a little warm water and a couple of tablespoons of flour to them. Mix the whole mass well, cover with film or a lid and place in a warm place for 30 minutes. During this time, a foam cap will appear. If it doesn’t appear, then you need to use other yeast, since with this you won’t get an airy dough.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Then combine the rest of the water, vegetable oil, salt and the finished yeast starter, mix. Pour in flour sifted through a sieve or using a special mug.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Knead a homogeneous yeast dough. Cover the bowl with a towel and place in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until it rises well. You may need less or more flour, since different manufacturers have different properties.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the onion and finely chop. Press it with your hands so that it begins to release juice. Thanks to this, the finished whites will be juicy. Minced meat can be used from a mixture of pork and beef. Choose according to your taste. Combine the onion with the prepared minced meat. Add salt and a little spice to taste. Knead the minced meat. Mix a little water into the minced meat for juiciness

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

After an hour, the dough rose well and increased in size by 2-3 times.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Remove dough and bowls. There is no need to add excess flour. It is best to grease the table and hands with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into small pieces. Use your hands to form small patties.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place some meat filling in the center of each tortilla and pinch the edges towards the center. Form a small almost-pie. There should be a small hole left in the center.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour a sufficient amount of vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and heat it until hot. Place homemade whites with minced meat in the hot oil, hole side down, and fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Then turn over and fry on the other side in the same way for 2-3 minutes. The whites should become a rich golden color.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Remove the finished juicy belyashi with yeast from the frying pan and place on a plate lined with paper napkins to absorb the remaining oil. Tasty and aromatic belyashi are ready. Bon appetit!

I always cook these whites with kefir. They turn out fluffy and soft. But I’ll also try yeast dough for belyashi. Thanks to the author)))

I haven’t fried belyashi for a long time, but suddenly I wanted to) I like this simple dough without eggs and milk. It turned out soft, kneaded perfectly, although I used a little more flour. This time I placed the dough in a rising bag, I often do this, I grease the bag with oil first so that the dough does not stick. It’s very convenient, the dough doesn’t run away and rises well. There was a lot of minced meat, even some was left over. Well, or I didn’t use enough filling) I took lean pork. Mash the onion for the filling with a wooden spoon. It hurts the eyes, of course, but the filling is juicy and flavorful. Cutting dough on a greased surface was new to me; I always dusted it with flour. Thanks to this method, the dough is not clogged with flour and is not further compacted. But on the other hand, calorie content increases. Although belyashi are also fried in oil, sometimes you can afford it) The belyashi were fried quite quickly, puffed up right in the frying pan, turning into crumpets. The finished dough is really very fluffy, with many large pores. The filling turned out juicy, tasty, and completely cooked through. Belyashi is very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!

I really wanted to bake today. And so that there is a minimum of products. The water test recipe is just right. A little minced chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, fried in a frying pan with a little oil. They turned out fragrant, fluffy, and most importantly delicious.
