STEP 1

How to make a chilli from beets? Prepare your food. Wash the beets well and boil. How to cook beets? Place it in a saucepan of a suitable size, fill it with cold water and cook over low heat. Cook the beets for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the fruit. Determine readiness with a sharp knife - it should easily pierce the tuber. Then drain the water and leave the beets to cool.
STEP 2

At the same time, boil the eggs in a saucepan. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change.
STEP 3

Peel the cooled beets and cut them in your favorite way, I cut them into thin strips. You can simply grate it on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Wash the radish, dry and peel. Cut it into cubes. You can use regular radishes instead of white radishes.
STEP 5

Chop the peeled, cooled eggs in the same way.
STEP 6

Rinse the greens well and dry, then chop finely. I took dill and green onions from the greens, but you can put any you like.
STEP 7

Boil water and pour boiling water over the chopped beets. To preserve the color of the decoction, add some lemon juice here.
STEP 8

Wash the cucumbers, dry them, cut off the ends. If the skin is too thick, cut it off. Be sure to try to see if the cucumber is bitter - it can spoil the taste of the dish. Cut the cucumber in any way - into strips, cubes, grate. Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl and stir them together.
STEP 9

As soon as the beets and water have cooled, add chopped pieces - enough so that you are satisfied with the thickness. Taste and add salt to taste.
STEP 10

To make the cold soup more satisfying, add sour cream to it. The refrigerator is now ready to eat. But if you want it to be even cooler, put it in the refrigerator.
