Then drain the water and leave the beets to cool.

    At the same time, boil the eggs in a saucepan. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change.

    Peel the cooled beets and cut them in your favorite way, I cut them into thin strips. You can simply grate it on a coarse grater.

    Wash the radish, dry and peel. Cut it into cubes. You can use regular radishes instead of white radishes.

Cut the cucumber in any way - into strips, cubes, grate. Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl and stir them together.
