Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let’s prepare the products according to the list: they are all quite simple and will probably be found in every housewife’s refrigerator.
STEP 2

Preparing the dough for pancakes. Pour beer into a deep vessel, add a little sugar and salt. Beat the eggs with a mixer or a broom and mix with beer.
STEP 3

Sift the flour through a sieve and gradually add it to our beer mass.
STEP 4

Beat everything again with a broom or mixer and knead the liquid pancake dough. Let it rest for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 5

How to fry pancakes so that they do not stick: to do this, put a cast-iron or special pancake frying pan on the stove and heat it over high heat. Grease the pan with butter or vegetable oil. Then reduce the heat to medium and bake the pancakes one at a time, pouring the batter in a thin layer using a ladle and spreading it over the bottom of the pan.
STEP 6

We bake thin pancakes, fry each side of the dough for one and a half to two minutes, until the pancakes acquire a golden color. Makes approximately 4 servings and takes approximately 40 minutes to prepare the pancakes. This food is considered an excellent beer snack. Bon appetit
