Beef fillet is taken and only the “tail” from it is used for beef stroganoff. Instead of tomato paste, tomato sauce is used. What a big difference! And there are a lot of wrong things that must be observed: cooking temperatures, for example. Don't be upset! Not everyone knows how to cook beef stroganoff.

The meat also needs to be rolled in flour so that when frying, the meat juice remains in the meat. I don’t know, however, what it’s like in the classic recipe. But this trick really works.

Maria, as always, I am delighted with your recipe. First time I cooked Beef Stroganoff. Only I added onions, and everything is according to the recipe.
