Beef steak with apricot slices

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices

Wash the apricots and cut them into 4 parts

Finely chop the onion into rings

After the time has passed, remove the meat from the container so that the marinade remains. Grease a grill pan with butter and add all the marinade
STEP 8

Distribute it evenly over the bottom of the pan. Lay out the meat. In a preheated oven to 230 degrees, cook for 6 minutes on one side. Then turn it over and continue cooking for another 2 minutes on the other side. If you like steaks rare, reduce the cooking time. 4-5 minutes on one side and 1-2 minutes on the other

The meat is ready, put it in foil to rest a little. And put apricots, onions and water or broth in a frying pan with juice
