Beef in sweet sauce

Spicy beef in sweet sauce - unsurpassed taste! According to the tradition that has formed in our family, at the end of Lent, I always prepare a dish for lunch such as beef with sweet sauce. Using this cooking method, the meat turns out incredibly juicy, soft and aromatic. I recommend!

I don’t have a digital camera, so I can’t take pictures of my dishes. And you definitely need to include a photo in the recipe. I found a suitable one and posted it. But why scold the dish in vain?! Have you ever tried to cook it? And what do you say, it’s not working out well?!

Thank you for the recipe for beef in sweet sauce! Everything worked out great. The enthusiastic husband said that such a delicious dish should be prepared for special guests. Cooking takes an hour and a half. It took 20 minutes to cut meat, vegetables, dried fruits, 10 minutes to fry meat with onions and 1 hour to stew. Labor costs are minimal: chop everything and send it to stew, and the result is excellent.

It’s a bit unusual to add apple juice to a beef dish, but overall, I think it shouldn’t turn out bad. at least beef and prunes together give not a bad result! Yes, poultry is also often cooked with apples - it’s perfect. It’s also nice that you can put everything in the oven and not have to stand over the stove for an hour; during this time you can also prepare the side dish. and the pictures sometimes don’t match, don’t rely on them, read the recipe and use your imagination a little - everything will work out

It is apple juice that largely gives a beef dish an amazing taste and aroma and goes well with such meat. I once fried veal liver with apples - also an amazing combination.
