Therefore, I prefer to drain the broth from the heart and cook the soup in clean water.

    Place potatoes and rice in boiling broth, add bay leaf. Bring to a boil again and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

I made beef heart soup. This is my first time using beef heart to make soup. This turned out to be a very good option. Everyone liked it! The pre-boiled heart (after cooking, I left it to cool in the broth) turned out to be very soft, with a pleasant texture.
