STEP 1

Let's prepare the necessary products. Rinse the meat well and dry.
STEP 2

Tie the meat tightly with thread, so it will hold the required shape well.
STEP 3

To ensure that the meat does not lose its juiciness, it must be fried. Fry the meat in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.
STEP 4

Let's prepare the marinade. Mix soy sauce, mustard, put meat in marinade. Salt and pepper to taste. Leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes. Next, place the meat on foil and stuff it with garlic.
STEP 5

Wrap the meat in two layers of foil for security. Wrap carefully to prevent juice from leaking out.
STEP 6

Place the meat in the multicooker bowl. Close the lid.
STEP 7

Set the "Baking" program for 1 - 2 hours. Remember that cooking time depends on the power of your multicooker. My multicooker power is 800 W. I set it to 1 hour 40 minutes.
STEP 8

The meat cuts perfectly, not dry at all!
STEP 9

Tender and soft meat is ready!
