The recipe for beef baked in a slow cooker caught my eye when I was choosing what to cook for dinner. It turned out that making such a dish is absolutely easy. I had all the necessary ingredients. I used regular Russian mustard. I did everything according to the recipe: first I fried the beef in a frying pan over high heat, then marinated it for 40 minutes, and then put it in a slow cooker to bake. The meat was baked for 2 hours. The beef turned out juicy, so tender that it breaks down into fibers. Her aroma is simply amazing. Absolutely everyone liked this beef: both adults and children.
