    How to make a BBQ marinade? Very simple and fast. First, prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any meat - chicken, turkey, pork or beef. This marinade makes excellent chicken wings. I have pork loins on the bone. You can replace tomato paste with pureed fresh tomatoes or ketchup. In addition to these spices, you can add your own to taste.

    Any honey is suitable - flower, linden, buckwheat. The final taste of the marinade will depend on the taste of the honey. If the honey is candied or almost candied, then it should first be melted in the oven or in the microwave. Then cool at room temperature.

    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato paste, honey, ground black pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Since it contains soy sauce, I did not add additional salt.

    Place the selected prepared barbecue meat in a bowl and pour in the marinade. Cover the bowl with the meat with cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours, or preferably overnight.

I was looking for an interesting way to marinate shish kebab and found a recipe for barbecue marinade. I was interested in its composition. I cut the meat into cubes (about 4 cm). It was marinated for about a day. Thanks to this marinade, the kebab turned out to be very tender, juicy, aromatic, with a pleasant sourness. I will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks a lot!
