  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pork marinade with soy sauce? Prepare all the ingredients. You can replace the prepared spice mixture for pork with a pinch of curry, paprika, cardamom, nutmeg, coriander, and basil. For spiciness, you can add chili pepper on the tip of a knife. You can also add 1-2 tbsp. l. tomato paste or ketchup. To add piquancy to the marinade, finely grate a small piece of ginger root or 1/2 tsp. dry powder.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion and chop finely. I use red onion for the marinade - it is a little sweeter and milder in taste. If you don't have a red onion, you can use regular onions. Shallots also work well. You can not chop the onion, but grind it in a blender to a puree or pass it through a meat grinder. In this case, the marinade will be more viscous and aromatic.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetable oil, pork spice mixture, sugar and ground pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Some mixtures may contain a lot of hot hot pepper. Therefore, when using such spices, it is better not to add ground black pepper or add a little - the sauce may turn out to be too spicy.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add chopped red onion and pressed garlic cloves to the sauce. Mix everything again. Fresh garlic can be replaced with garlic powder.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The soy marinade for pork is ready. You can marinate in it a whole piece of meat, for example, carbonade, or small or medium-sized pieces of pork (goulash, loins, escalopes, entrecotes, etc.), as well as meat for barbecue. This amount of marinade is enough for 500-600 g of pork .Bon appetit!

For pork and pork ribs, I prepare a marinade with tomatoes and soy sauce. I offer it as another good option.

I needed to marinate a large duck carcass. On the website I found a recipe for a pork marinade with soy sauce, which involves using other meat. This option suited me just fine. I love soy sauce and the way it makes meat softer, more flavorful and tastier. And thanks to vegetable oil, a beautiful golden brown crust is obtained. For spices, I took paprika, turmeric and curry. I had my doubts about the sugar; it seemed like it wouldn’t dissolve. But it went well in the marinade. The red onion added a pleasant, tangy flavor to the sauce. The marinade soaked the meat well. Everyone really liked the duck with such a delicious marinade. Thanks for the recipe!
