I took the garlic young; it has a pungent, pleasant aroma and a pungent taste. The herbs I have are fragrant parsley, I used only leaves without rough twigs. The rest of the spices are in the grinder. I whipped this whole mass in a blender. The tomato sauce got a little texture thanks to the garlic and herbs. Heated it a little on low heat to thicken it.
